REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

RETURNS
Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

To start a return, email us at hello@bsuperdesign.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@bsuperdesign.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the issue, and we’ll replace your item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

EXCEPTIONS
Custom or made-to-order items, digital products, and discounted items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or refunded.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it using the process above and place a new order for the desired item.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
